1. General Provisions
These General Terms and Conditions of Business regulate the business relationship between
the company TRGO STAN d.o.o., Tolstojeva 32, 21000 Split, OIB: 83830291473 (hereinafter:
the Broker) and natural or legal persons (hereinafter: the Client).


2. Brokerage
Real estate brokerage includes activities undertaken by the Broker aimed at bringing the
Client into contact with a third party for the purpose of negotiating and concluding a
contract for the purchase and sale, exchange, lease, or rental of real estate.

3. Obligations of the Broker
The Broker undertakes to:
- make efforts to find and bring the Client into contact with a potential buyer or tenant
- review the ownership documentation of the property
- inform the Client of any possible legal deficiencies related to the property
- keep the business and personal data of the Client confidential
- provide professional assistance during negotiations and the conclusion of contracts

4. Obligations of the Client
The Client is obliged to:
- provide valid documents proving ownership of the property
- inform the Broker of all relevant facts related to the property
- allow potential buyers to view the property

5. Brokerage Fee
The Broker is entitled to a brokerage fee once the contract for which the brokerage services
were provided has been concluded.
The amount of the commission is determined by the brokerage agreement or the Broker’s
valid price list.

6. Exclusive Brokerage
If exclusive brokerage has been agreed upon, the Client undertakes not to engage other
brokers during the term of the agreement.
If the Client independently finds a buyer, the Client is still obliged to pay the agreed
commission.

7. Costs
The Broker is entitled to reimbursement of expenses incurred in connection with brokerage
activities if such reimbursement has been agreed in advance.

8. Personal Data Protection
Personal data are processed in accordance with applicable personal data protection
regulations.

9. Dispute Resolution
The contracting parties shall attempt to resolve any disputes amicably.
In the event of a dispute, the competent court in Split shall have jurisdiction.

10. Final Provisions
These General Terms and Conditions of Business are published on the Broker’s website and
are available to all clients.
